hi all! I followed all the suggestions. I contscted the support, done everything they said but Nothing is working. My phone is connected to internet, all my apps are working except candy crush solitaire. It doesnt make sense!

Quite a few of these issues with no satisfactory answer yet. I have same problem and I have about 5 years of playing Candy Crush not saved, unfortunately

I assume you are trying to connect Candy Crush Solitaire to a Facebook account, right? The game does not support Facebook accounts at the moment. Please try using a King account and it should work.
