Hi Ginger, I am so sorry you are having this problem and we know it is so frustrating. There was an issue regarding using and purchasing Boosters and having the game freeze.
We now have good news and it has been fixed in our latest update.
-On mobile or tablet, simply go to the game page in your app store and make sure the latest version is installed. If you already have the game open, please also fully close it down and start it again.
Alway make sure you have the latest version and check for updates.

My game crashed or froze I have restarted it 3 times and have lost most of my coins very upset. Any way to get them back please. I really like playing this game. But if it keeps crashing I might just have to delete it and find another one.

Hi and I am so sorry your game is still freezing after the update.
After your update did you turn your device off and let it set about 10 seconds then turn it back on?
Also can you please tell me what device you are playing on. An Android or Apple. Also please give me a screenshot of what version of the update you have.
We appreciate you help in trying to find out what is going on and getting you back into playing.
