Could you please try to follow the steps below? Here are the steps:
- Restart your game and device, log out from your game ( Do Not Delete your app) and let t set about 10 seconds, then log back in with your email and password.
- Check if there are any updates for your game and device
- Make sure you have at least 2GBs of free space and clear your cache
