No Internet and problem logging in

I have created the account with email, as you've not been accepting FB account and went to forgot password twice and changed it and I still can't login in the game and I get the No Internet error.

I keep getting the message that email and password combination are wrong, when I'm already logged in here on the portal.

    Hi and welcome to the CC Solitaire family. I am so sorry you are having trouble with your sign in. You are correct, you cannot log in with your Facebook account.

    You can be signed into the King Community, yet the email or password is not matching when signing in on your game app. You can try the Forgot password again and make a new one on your King account and then on your app. They need to be the same.

    Have you played any levels as of yet? If you have, please do not delete your app. You will loose your levels. If not, then delete you app and download it again. Then try to log in.

    Please check your WIFI. Also, you could do a soft reset and turn your phone off and let it set a few seconds,then turn your phone back on and go to your game. 🤗
