I got a new phone and for some reason, the only game that didn't transfer or save was CCSS I don't know why. It's all gone. Ugggh! All my other games saved and transferred my progression Can anyone help me please and thank you

Hi CoonMa, Sorry you are having this porblem. I know you are an experienced play and am sure your game was saved before you you tried to transfer to your new phone.
I also am going to presume that you have already downloaded the game from your app and signed in with your email and password ~ am I correct?
Are you sitting on Level 1? If so, please play level 1, then log out of your game, then turn your phone off, let it set 10 second, then turn the phone back on. If you had you game saved on your last phone, you should now be on the correct level.

Today when playing level 2397 which has 2 piles of cards 'locked' by ropes, even though locked card on the right hand pile was cleared, the rope remains in play and you cannot clear adjacent cards without having a card of the right colour in the right hand card box. You can see the holes on the attached screenshot evenโฆ
why have I not received my coins? When I went to collect them I clicked to start my game but it said insufficient coins ? They have disappeared!!!

Iโve encountered a bad bug on level 2384, a hard level. I completed all the steps in @Snow_Riderโs post, but it keeps happening. I enter the level, and the game freezes. I had a timed flying saucer bonus, added the super ball, and had x2 selected both times I tried it. This cost me the bonuses, coins, etc both times.โฆ
