I got a new phone and for some reason, the only game that didn't transfer or save was CCSS I don't know why. It's all gone. Ugggh! All my other games saved and transferred my progression Can anyone help me please and thank you

Hi CoonMa, Sorry you are having this porblem. I know you are an experienced play and am sure your game was saved before you you tried to transfer to your new phone.
I also am going to presume that you have already downloaded the game from your app and signed in with your email and password ~ am I correct?
Are you sitting on Level 1? If so, please play level 1, then log out of your game, then turn your phone off, let it set 10 second, then turn the phone back on. If you had you game saved on your last phone, you should now be on the correct level.
