Hello, how is it possible that I now only receive 3,000 coins every four hours, while it used to be 11,500? Playing a level already costs 4,000 coins… so I have to wait 8 hours just to play one level.
And furthermore, I was at level 974, but suddenly I was back at level 964. I logged in and out, but nothing helps.

I have to say, this is a new problem for us. I have not heard this one and I know it is so frustrating for you.
When you logged in and out, did you turn your device off? Also please check to see if there is an update for your game.
I am going to let our CM aware of this problem, but I also do want you to contact Players Support regarding the loss of the level. This is very unsual loosing 10 levels!

I have already sent an email to player support. I also don’t understand how this could happen. There is no update available; I have the latest version. I have also tried turning everything off and on again.

This game is ripping us off. I'm past level 600.
Say a level costs 3000. Win that level without help is like 3700. All help is over 10,000 coins and winning level gives you a tiny portion back. Yes, the game gives you 'hints' and every 4 hours it gives you coins, but not enough coins to cover 1 extra help during the game.We want games that we can play multiply times without going bankrupt. Also, I fell for the "lucky" trap. I paid 2 times and got all the gifts but after you complete the goal, you are to receive 4000 coins per goal completion to be added to the bank (up to 40000) to receive at the end of the event. I would earn 4000, it added to the bank, but when I opened the game again, no coins.
I am so disappointed I paid into this game. I thought King games were better. I will probably delete when bank empties.

I am so sorry to hear that you are upset. When you are playing a level, if you do keep using the extra boosters, then yes, it does get costly. So be sure you play slow and always use the Hold Slot. That can help you so much when playing the game.
If you don't mind, can I get some extra information regarding the 40,000
I am not sure of what you are talking about with the Lucky Trap and 40,000 Gold. Are you talking about the Season pass, that you pay 4.99 for? If so you only pay once for the Premium Season Pass.
Can you please help me understand the Gold and goals you are talking about.
