Glitch

I pressed to play the game which it took my coins and in return it glitched and restarted. Please fix and who can I reach out to for reimbursement on my coins this is the 2nd time this has happened. Last week I lost coins because of glitch as well. I’m about to stop playing.

This is a problem that is a little different with what we have been seeing. I know that has to be so frustrating. We have been having a problem with the Season Pass.

Just to make sure that I understand ~

You hit play, it takes your gold and then it starts all over?

Does it just disappear or a flash then you are on the same level? Sorry for the questions, but is very important that I explain the problem correct so that our Team can get a fix on it.

If you will, please do a soft reset on your game. Log out of your app (Do Not delete your game). Turn your device off and let it sit about 10 seconds.

Turn your device back on and log in with your email and password.

Please keep an eye on any updates.Our Team is working hard to get the bugs fixed, so if you see one please, update your game.

I would suggest you contact the Players Support and let them know about the loss of the gold
