Why is there no internet connection in the game?

When I click on any icon, I get this message: "Do you need an internet connection to access this content?"

Even though my phone is connected to the internet!

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game several times...

And I'm still having the same problem, even after updating the game to the latest version.

I thought the problem was with my phone. I replaced it with a new one, downloaded the game on my new phone, and logged in. I was able to log in, but the problem persists.

I posted my issue in the discussion section and didn't find a solution😔

I hope the support team finds a solution 🥺

    Hi @Mo7mmed_G_S, we know this is very frustrating for you. . The problem has been passed over to our Team and they are working on it. I know that does not help your problem as of now, but we do ask for patience until they find a fix.

    You may have already told us in an earlier comment, but can you please tell me what device you have🤗

    Second, I apologize if I've bothered you by posting a new comment in this section, the support section. My goal isn't to interact on the forum or elsewhere, but rather to find a solution to the problem so I can enjoy the game more.

    Dear brother, my phone is a Google Pixel 3A, and my second phone is a Samsung Galaxy S7. They're all updated with the latest phone and app updates.

    I asked some of my friends who have newer phones, one of them a OnePlus 13 Pro, to download the game to see if the issue is specific to me or everyone else. It turns out it's the same problem.

    Do you think the issue is technical?

    Or is it specific to my country?
    Since my country is Yemen,
    some features may be disabled there.

    Or is the issue with the phone's language, since the language we use is Arabic?

    Let me know what you think, maybe we can find a solution 🥺

    Hi @Mo7mmed_G_S , first of all please never appologize for posting questions. That is what we are here for.

    Including all of your information about what device you use is very important for the Team. They are working hard to find a fix for this. It is a technical issue and we know there will be a fix, we just do not know exactly when.

    In all honesty, I do not know anything about it being your Country itself, because it is happening to others in different areas. But, that is a good question to ask. 🤗

    If I find out any new information, as in if it is based on certain areas, I will let you know.

    Please make sure you keep an eye out on any updates for the game. 💕

    I can see how much you enjoy the game, and I truly appreciate the effort you’ve made to troubleshoot this issue on your own, across different devices and even asking friends to test!

    At the moment, we haven’t received other similar reports, which makes it a bit tricky to pinpoint. It’s possible this might be related to your region or certain network restrictions that are affecting how the game connects to the internet. Unfortunately, if this is due to regional limitations, it may be out of our hands for now but please know we’re keeping an eye on it.

    If anything changes or if we receive more reports from other players in the same region, I’ll make sure to update you. In the meantime, I truly hope you’re still able to enjoy parts of the game that are available offline.

    I thought the issue might be related to my region or network restrictions affecting the game's internet connection. However, when I think about it and compare it to another game I play from King Games, like Candy Crush Saga, I find that I play it online, log in normally, and play all its features normally. This means there are no issues related to my region or network restrictions affecting the game's internet connection.

    As for Solitaire, I can log in normally, but after logging in, I can't use any of its features. It requires an internet connection, as shown in the images above.

    So I think this may be a technical issue.

    I hope my words help you find solutions and improve the game, making it more beautiful 😊

    I wish the King Games team continued progress and development in their wonderful field.☺️
