no daily rewards

Hi!

Every time I go to the home screen (after completing a level, entering the game, exiting out of an event, etc…) the daily rewards option pops up, but I’m not able to get any more rewards as it hasn’t restarted once I finished the seven days. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the game and the problem has still continued. Is there any way to fix this?

I’ve offloaded and redownloaded the app and the issue still persists. The date and time on my device are also set correctly.

If possible, please try the following and let us know if you still have issues with your Daily Rewards:

Clear Cache: Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage > The game > Offload App.
Ensure that your device's date and time are set correctly

My device is an iPhone 16 Pro Max. I’ve checked the app store for updates and it says I’m all up to date. I think it has been three or four days since I’ve collected a daily reward.

What device are you using.

Please check for new updates for the game app and your phone

I see that all 7 days has been awarded. How many days has it been that you have not been able to receive any new daily rewards.

Please let me know, so I can forward this to our manage. 💕
