Daily gifts

I am not able to get the daily gifts anymore. It comes up but all are check marked like I’ve already received them. It never resets itself.

Hi and a warm welcome to the Solitaire Community! Sorry you are having this problem, it is not any fun missing our daily prizes.

Could you please try to follow the steps below?

• Lets do a soft reset. Log out of your game. Turn off your device and let it sit for about 10 seconds. Turn your device back on and then log back in with your email and password.
• Check if there are any updates for your game and device. We have had a couple in the past 2 weeks.
• Make sure you have at least 2GBs of free space and clear your cache

You will need to give them your King ID#, if you do not know how to find there, here are the instructions

Tap on the cog wheel left bottom corner

Tap on My Account

Double tap on the Yellow King Icon top of screen. That is your King ID#
