I won the weekly challenge (I always win) it was even on the group chat warning that I won, but i didnāt get any of the prizes when I entered the game.

This glitch hasn't been resolved yet. When are we getting our prizes? I placed number 1 last time and i'm hitting number 1 again, i'm afraid the coins can't be claimed again.

The problem is there is never a reply.

Hello everyone, I'm sorry if you didn't receive a reward from the weekly challenge. We can't replace it here in the community; we don't have the resources to do so.
Please contact support directly from your game. Go to Settings (the gear icon in the bottom left corner of the game) and then the question mark. At the very top under Highlights, you'll find the menu item "Investigation in progress...". Tap there and scroll all the way down to the Contact button. Use this button to describe your problem.
You'll first receive an automatic reply, and then you can respond yourself, for example, by adding screenshots.
The support staff are very friendly and helpful.

I have won the last 2 weekly challenges, updated the app but still not received any rewards.
And I have logged out and back in.

you should be compensating all weekly winners with additional rewards / bonuses. Not getting winning rewards has impacted other ongoing events and should be compensated.

Me too, I was in first place, they gave me a few gold coins and two bombs. You get a lot more for first place. I fought for a week and waited for my reward, which I was supposed to receive today. I am very upset.
A week ago, it was the same thing with the Star Tournament, but at least you don't have to wait a week for that.
When will this be fixed? I got first place and should have received the prizes when I opened the game today but nothing.
