Did you update your game to version 1.13.49, which was released yesterday, and still haven't received a prize? Or do you still have the faulty version on your device?

Hi @FrodoBaggins you can contact support for compensation. Here in the community, we don't have the resources to compensate players.
I play on an Android device and had the update about an hour ago. If you also have an Android device, go to the Google Play Store and search for Candy Crush Solitaire in the search bar. The update should then appear.
I'm currently back in first place, and my weekly challenge ends in about 10 hours. I can tell you exactly then whether the update really fixed the problem. By the way, I also missed my reward twice because of this bug.
I checked the playstore. No update as of today. Will check again later.
What about the past wins with no rewards? Will we be compensated?
Hi @FrodoBaggins There was a fix today. Please check your store to see if you can update your game to version 1.13.49. Run this update. You should then receive your weekly challenge rewards again in the future.
