Hi @steventseng how is your progress? I stuck at level 45 very long time and my coins keep reducing. Now I'm at level 46. I stop using boosters as I realised we can't buy it using coins.

Your screenshot contains your email, it's done in the way that to protect your information. Regarding your problems, you can open a new thread in the support section here:
I just opened mine for not receiving my pre-register rewards. You can contact the game support team by email to them also.

And for the game support team, please contact them through the game app:
- Open the game app
- Go to Settings (gear icon)
- Tap the ? icon and choose the topic of your issue
- Scroll all the way down and select Contact Us
After you click it, you will need to fill a simple form. After that, check your email that you filled in the form, if it's a automatic email please reply again your problem. Then, you should receive reply from the game support team.🙂

Hi, I don't know what information you had in the screenshot, but please do not put in any email's, passwords or any personal information.
When you sign into King, you need to put in your email and your password. The same as Jelly and another game.
What I was asking is, when you put that information in as a sign in with King, not a new account, what did the response say. 💕

Hi, so glad you are enjoying the game. Remember you get free Gold every 4 hours. When I was testing the game, I had set a timer on my phone for 4 hours, then went into the game and collected my gold! 😁💕

Ha ha! You have already defeated me.
Since I didn’t want to use the booster, I spent all the game coins. I think I can’t pass level 45 if I don’t use the booster according to the instructions.
Did you use it to kill the UFO?
