Hello everyone, I sadly missed pre registering to this game and I was wondering if there is anyway to get the pre registration rewards, especially the card cover skin which is the one I want to have , and thanks everyone for the help

Hi, I just had a conversation with my CM and as of now, we are not going to be able to place the card because you did not pre-register. She is going back to ask one more question regarding this question and again, I ask for your patience. 💕

Hi @johamilton if there is no way for some players to win this deck, can we remove it from our game? It actually bothers me a lot that it is only for a certain group of players. In my country the game was available in the store since September 30, 2024 and I downloaded it then. Couldn't the studio substitute another deck for it for these players?

And I agree with you , for me I didn't even know this game existed until it was released and found out about it accidentally,otherwise I would've preregistered. Also as you mentioned it's unfair for those who had ewelt access ( such as Germany since 30th of September ), the deck should be added to you guys automatically since you guys have been the first to play, test the mechanics of the game and provide valuable suggetions.
Hi @Notoricah and @DieOmimi , I have talked with my CM again and she has said to go to Players Support and see if you can get the special deck. 🤞 If they say no the first time, I would go back to them and try again.
