I already reached them through support, and I'm not the kinda guy who will insist, it's a one time thing, they give me a yes or no and that's it, I won't insist. But thanks manz you the best @johamilton

I did mean insist. Usually they just send out an automatic response. I then tell them to go back and ask again and you usually get a different response. 🤗

Hello guys, a small update, I've reached the game support regarding the preregistration deck, and surprisingly they actually sent it to me. Thank you so much for all the support and I suggest anyone looking for it to give it a try, it's worth it.
