Login Issues
I Pre ordered the Game from the Play store (Candy Crush Solitaire), it downloaded on release and installed (Pixel 6), i have played to about Level 127, I want to also play on my Samsung Tablet (S5e)
But when ever i try to login in my King Account it just locks up and doesnt log in, so i cannot transfer my progress etc to the Tablet (Sam S5E).
I have tried un installing, power cycles etc, this is whilst sitting under my normally solid wifi what i have noticed though the version on my phone is en-us-en config file 15528882948 (1.0.21)
and my tablet is En-GB-En 15544439062 (1.0.21)
There is no updates to the play store, they are both running on the same google account etc.
So how do i fix this.

Thanks for reaching out! We’ve reported this issue to the studio, and they are currently investigating it. I know it’s frustrating not being able to log in and sync your progress, but rest assured, the team is looking into it.
In the meantime, I recommend keeping an eye out for updates in the game, as the studio will work on a fix. You can also continue playing on your current device while we wait for a resolution.

Got the same problem here where it just loads when i try logging in

Seems to me they pushed differnt versions to the Pre Order People that auto installed opposed to what is availbe in the App Store when the release was Live.

Hi and I am sorry you are having this problem. Have you been able to play at all? If not please delete your app and reinstall. If you have already started playing, I do not want you to delete the app because you will loose your boosters. So you then can log out of your game, turn your phone off and let it set a few seconds, then turn it back on. Log in with your email and password.

I am having same issue with login and also daily reward (only showing the whole week rewards for last few days)
I turned off my phone and log back in with no success.

Hi KC, hope you are doing well. Sorry you are having this problem. As you can see there have been other problems like this.
This has been reported. We did have an update a few days ago. Will you please see if you have an update. This is the update that is current
