on multiple occasions I have retried a level and used coins and than the middle cards never dealt out and the game froze. However I lost all my coins. This has happened 3 times already. Why is this happening?

Hi, sorry you are having this problem. Can you please check in Settings and see if your game as been updtated.

This happens to me everytime I buy the cluster bomb with the dotted candy. I’ve lost probably more than 20,000 coins this way my games start but never deal out
Can you please check to see what version you have on your phone. This version is your update. 💕
I’m having the exact same problem. Has happened to me several times. Lost coins and no way to get them back. No available updates, and force closing doesn’t help either.

The good news is that this has been reported to the studio, and they are looking into it! 🛠️ In the meantime, could you try these steps to see if it helps?
Force close and restart the gameCheck for any game updates in the App Store. I know that just had a new update realeased. Clear cache & restart your device (this won’t erase your progress)
If the issue continues, I’d recommend reaching out to Player Support through the game’s settings so they can take a closer look.

you can see that there is no card turned over to play the game so I spent 2000 coins and I can’t play.
