Youโre absolutely right to expect better communication and a gesture that truly reflects your engagement with the game. I now understand that by the time the 1 piece was sent, you had already made more progress and even completed that card, which made it feel unnecessary or even a bit dismissive. That was never the intention as the piece was meant as a small step to make things right, but I completely see how it may have missed the mark.

2 new seasons passes have been released since the issue.
I have bought both passes, heaven forbid those that diss players for spending money! I have only 1 account only, and 1 device. Diss me, but I am honest.
Both passes had 2 pieces each in them, and I have already earnt the 4th one days ago.
To be awarded 1 piece of the St Patrick's card a couple of days a go was an insult. This has caused me to evaluate my play, and love for the game.

I must have misunderstood what was expected with the card versus what was given. I thought it was the St Patrick card itself that you were wanting. I did not know that you had already received it. ๐ค
I did not have the Vault like Ina had either, but I did receive the card.
Can you please tell me when you were talking with Players Support, what were you requesting.๐

Sometimes if you have a deck and win, free plays are given, this would have been more helpful. Rather disappointed my lovely. Also disappointed about the vault.

I re-earnt the 12 I lost which should have completed "Fishermans Beach" before, to finish it this time, and used 10 to get me started on the new postcard, leaving me 3, ohhh! and a flashing piggy bank that keeps saying it will run out after the next 8 levels, but doesn't ๐คฃ๐

Yeah! Me too! I use 8 Pink Energies again to complete another one task in my Fisherman's Beach Postcard, but unfortunately as I lost my missing 8 Pink Energies that it cannot be changed and completed while my Pink Energies reset to 0 [due to game glitch] when I want to complete another one task in my Fisherman's Beach Postcard. Oh Dear! ๐คฆโโ๏ธ๐คฆโโ๏ธ๐
So when we will complete 25 new levels to the Bonus Level and we have 6 / 8 / 10 / 12 Pink Energies, please don't use our Pink Energies to complete another one task in any postcards so early. Until next 25 new levels released and added on next week, then we can start using our Pink Energies to complete another one task in any postcards as well that we will not lose our missing Pink Energies again. ๐โก๐
