    Hi dear Jo, yes my lovely I received 1 piece of the deck which TBH was pointless as I already have the deck 😔

    Sometimes if you have a deck and win, free plays are given, this would have been more helpful. Rather disappointed my lovely. Also disappointed about the vault.

    I must have misunderstood what was expected with the card versus what was given. I thought it was the St Patrick card itself that you were wanting. I did not know that you had already received it. 🤗

    I did not have the Vault like Ina had either, but I did receive the card.

    Can you please tell me when you were talking with Players Support, what were you requesting.💕

    Dear Jo,

    2 new seasons passes have been released since the issue.

    I have bought both passes, heaven forbid those that diss players for spending money! I have only 1 account only, and 1 device. Diss me, but I am honest.

    Both passes had 2 pieces each in them, and I have already earnt the 4th one days ago.

    To be awarded 1 piece of the St Patrick's card a couple of days a go was an insult. This has caused me to evaluate my play, and love for the game.

    First of all, thank you so much for being open and honest and for continuing to share how you feel. I really do appreciate the time you’ve taken, and I’m so sorry that the resolution didn’t come across in the way it was meant.

    You’re absolutely right to expect better communication and a gesture that truly reflects your engagement with the game. I now understand that by the time the 1 piece was sent, you had already made more progress and even completed that card, which made it feel unnecessary or even a bit dismissive. That was never the intention as the piece was meant as a small step to make things right, but I completely see how it may have missed the mark.

    You’ve been incredibly dedicated, not just in playing and supporting the game, but in how thoughtfully you engage with the community, too. Please know your loyalty and feedback don’t go unnoticed.

    I’ll make sure to share your thoughts with the team, not just about this situation, but also as a reminder of how important it is that our actions match the effort and care our players put into the game 💛
