Game freeze and no Coins

Hello, I am back in the star tournament, but the game keeps freezing. After completing a round, I don’t receive my coins. I do advance to the next round, but without my earned coins. To continue playing, I have to close and restart the app.

Additionally, while playing the game, a small bag with cards appears on the screen and won’t go away. I will attach a photo.

This is very frustrating. Are you aware of this issue? Deleting and reinstalling the app does not help either.

@Kevin_ I’m now in the Star Tournament again, and everything is working perfectly. No freezing, I’m earning coins, collecting spoons, and receiving all the other rewards. Super nice!

@Kevin_ I wanted to send the video last week, but it didn’t work because even the smallest file size was still too large. But I hope it won’t be necessary anymore! 🤩

Hi, I’m currently playing the regular levels again, but I think I’ll be back in the Star Tournament tomorrow. That’s where the issues occurred, so I’m curious to see if they come back then. While playing the regular levels, I’m not experiencing any freezing, I’m receiving my coins as normal, and I don’t see the green package.

Regarding the coin collection: it did indeed freeze when I tapped on it. I also tried skipping that step to see if it helped, but unfortunately, it didn’t. Also, I didn’t have any rewards pending in the Albums section.

Hi @ambermartens, I really appreciate the extra details and I have looked further into these reports. Regarding the level being different please note that Star tournament can be past random levels so it is possible that you encounter different layouts on different devices for the same level.

Regarding the freezing affecting your coin collection, can you please confirm if this happens perhaps when pressing on "Tap to skip"? If so, could you please try not to press this option to check if it no longer freezes.

Finally regarding the green package showing on the deck, please check if there are any pending rewards shown in your Albums section.

Unfortunately, the issue is not limited to level 23 — it occurs in all levels I play. I’m currently at level 30 of the Startournament. I have coins, but no spoons, and the game freezes after every level I win. It’s really unplayable like this.

On top of that, I’m spending all my coins but getting absolutely nothing in return. The mini tournaments aren’t working either.

I really hope this problem will be solved soon. I keep providing you with updates and information in the hopes that it helps, but nothing seems to be happening. My frustration is growing quite a lot.

Hi @ambermartens, I am sorry to hear you are having more issues and even despite the most recent update. Can you also let me know if this happens only at this level 23 or also happens with other levels across your devices that they are different?

@Kevin_I’ve reset it. But level 23 has a completely different layout than level 23 on my iPad. Totally different cards and objectives.

Hi Amber regarding the 2 devices that are not on the same level, be sure you reset each device to match. 🤗

I just saw in the App Store that there was an update. I installed it, but I’m still having the same problems…

It’s really not fair. I’m only losing coins while I’m winning levels. This makes absolutely no sense.

And one more thing: it just doesn’t stop… round 23 looks different on my iPad than on my iPhone… I’m starting to get a bit tired of all these errors… I’m only losing money, I reach my levels but I’m not getting any coins anywhere…

How is this possible???

Addicting Game
it’s hard for me to keep interest in games, but this has been so far addicting. I haven’t had anyone to really enjoy this game with me but I love beating all the levels having to wait for more.. I just wish we didn’t have to use so much of our coins the further we get into our levels 😂♥️🫡✨
