Audio issues on iOS

Hello, I’m having problems with the game’s audio on iOS. There’s audio crunching/glitching when I swap from another app back to Candy Crush Solitaire, but the main problem is that I can no longer mute the game by turning my phone on silent mode. I have to go into the settings and manually slide all the sliders down to zero.

I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with the sound in the game. Could you please confirm the game version you currently have installed? You can generally find this by accessing your device's settings > apps > search for the game and the details of the version should be there.

Also can you please confirm your device's make and model?
