I won the weekly challenge (I always win) it was even on the group chat warning that I won, but i didn’t get any of the prizes when I entered the game.

Please make sure to update your game to the latest version to ensure the fix is applied correctly.

Hi all, there was a fix today. Please check your store to see if you can update your game to version 1.13.49. Do this update. You should then receive your rewards for the weekly challenge in the future.

II was supposed to get my rewards for today august 4th but i still havent received them. This is the first time ive had a problem with this and I have gotten first place every time and this is the first time i didnt get the weekly challenge reward.
I see that this was reported 30th July. It's taking quite a while to resolve. Is there any update on when the fix will happen and when we will get the rewards?

When will this be fixed? I got first place and should have received the prizes when I opened the game today but nothing.
Me too, I was in first place, they gave me a few gold coins and two bombs. You get a lot more for first place. I fought for a week and waited for my reward, which I was supposed to receive today. I am very upset.
A week ago, it was the same thing with the Star Tournament, but at least you don't have to wait a week for that.
Lol same every week since I started playing. Sometimes I wonder if I'm playing against real people lol
you should be compensating all weekly winners with additional rewards / bonuses. Not getting winning rewards has impacted other ongoing events and should be compensated.
Are you going to tell us if it is fixed and reward us our winnings? I'm not going to play to try and win if no bonus is given.

Is there is there a chance we can get some bonus items in addition to the weekly calendar to help us catch up with the other challenge we are trying to complete before they end
