I won the weekly challenge (I always win) it was even on the group chat warning that I won, but i didn’t get any of the prizes when I entered the game.

Please make sure to update your game to the latest version to ensure the fix is applied correctly.
📌 Note: The fix is being rolled out gradually, so it may take a little time before you notice the effect on your side. If you still don’t see the rewards immediately, don’t worry, it should kick in soon!

ce n’est pas normal de ne pas récupérer les prix hebdomadaires. Par contre aucun incident pour encaisser notre argent quand on fait des achats !!! On devrait boycotter l’application…

I see that this was reported 30th July. It's taking quite a while to resolve. Is there any update on when the fix will happen and when we will get the rewards?
II was supposed to get my rewards for today august 4th but i still havent received them. This is the first time ive had a problem with this and I have gotten first place every time and this is the first time i didnt get the weekly challenge reward.

Hi all, there was a fix today. Please check your store to see if you can update your game to version 1.13.49. Do this update. You should then receive your rewards for the weekly challenge in the future.

The ad i keep getting is a Starbucks ad and it goes all the way to the end and has the little pop up in the corner that says reward granted but it NEVER grants the reward.
