Screen turning grey after IOS 26 update

Hey,

Apple's IOS updated yesterday to version 26 and after the update on Iphone 15 Pro Max I've got few times when I'm in the middle of the game, screen turns completely grey. Sounds still play and it reacts to touches but no other way to continue than force closing the app and starting again. Not happy because losing the coins for that try…

Finally, after the latest update (1.18.82) this issue seems to be solved. Havent got a single crash or gray screen today 🤘

now there is new update available. So I updated to version 1.17.89 - logged off, shut down device, logged back in but the problem persists. About after 5 games, screen goes gray.

The version is the latest one (see the screenshot). I updated the game yesterday and did the restart & log off/on mentioned above. And it still gives me the gray screen from time to time.

Hi again! The bug you're having in the game is fixed already. However, it looks like the new version (1.17.74) hasn’t fully rolled out on all platforms yet. In your case (iOS), it might take a few more days before it becomes available.

For now, I’d suggest restarting your device (not just the game) and keeping an eye out for the update. Once the new version is available, make sure to update it — and that should do the trick!

Yes - logged out, switched device off and then back on - logged back in and tried playing. First I thought it was okay, but I think I tried that one level for several times and then suddenly it started as gray. Whole screen gray, not just the "postcard" in the background. I can still hear the sounds playing so it didn't crash, only the screen went off.

Did you do a soft reset ~ log out of your game, turn your device off then back on and log back in with your email and password?

Still happening multiple times per day, and now faced a new 'problem' - the background postcard turned grey when I upgraded it. And after that I started a new game and grey screen.

Hopefully this gets solved soon as ofc I'll lose all coins which I have to pay to start the game and noit able to play after the grey screen.It gets quite "expensive" to play :D

Today, it happened again + once the game screenn freezed completely.

It sounds like an Apple problem, not a problem with the game itself. I, myself have not downloaded it as of yet because they said there has been some glitches with IOS 26, so I am still at 18.7.

It sounds like an Apple problem, not a problem with the game itself. I, myself have not downloaded it as of yet because they said there has been some glitches with IOS 26, so I am still at 18.7.

Weekly Prize Win Not Received
I won the weekly prize yesterday but did not receive the rewards. This had been happening in the past but was resolved. I'm currently on level 2690 and will attach screen shot of game version etc.

Lots of Crashes
Hello, I've been having a lot of crashes recently and was hoping I could get some money back. I spent a lot of coins because playing a single game cost quite a bit. Hoping I can at least have some sort of credit.
