Hello justbe! I hope you’re doing well ☺️ Thank you so much for your feedback. It’s really valuable, and you’ve raised some great points. There are definitely things we can improve for next time. When forming the teams, I tried to consider players’ preferences while also making sure the gap between new and long-term community members wasn’t too drastic. But yes, for the next Team Challenge, I’ll absolutely keep your suggestion in mind.

Regarding approving posts, I want to reassure you that there’s no hierarchy involved. Any comment that the system flags as potential spam goes into the moderation queue, even Community Managers get their posts held sometimes. As a general guideline, posting many comments at once or using certain trigger words can activate the spam filter. But we're trying our best to monitor those posts and approve them in a timely manner.

And just to be clear: your team put in a lot of effort, and it really showed. As a leader, you did an amazing job keeping things organized and making sure everyone stayed updated. Team challenges can be… well challenging as you rely on each other, and it's difficult to predict how your team will stay active during 2 weeks. But I want you to know that you truly did great. Please don’t feel discouraged, there will be more opportunities and fun tournaments coming your way 🤗

@Snow_Rider wasn't sure if to post this, but still..

I just wanted to point out things that bothered me in this tournament.

First of all it was quite unbalanced, all the higher ranked/active players gathered themselves in groups leaving the new/ less active players to the rest, as you can see from the big gaps between the scores.

I suggest you next tournament to leave the grouping to random 'lottery' made by the community manager managing the event. And NO suggestions from players.

If next tournament will be like this one I won't be participating, as it's too unfair.

Another matter that really disturbed me was that I had issues to post my totals, as it had several links in it and had to wait several days to be approved. It seems you have some kind of hierarchy of members that only they can have certain privileges, as I noticed my fellow player had no issues with her posting of way more links HER POST (seems I've inspired her as she posted like me). Guess her being a 'ROYALTY' and me being only a 'NOBLE', makes the difference.🤷🏻‍♀️

P.S. I know it's 'just a game' but I did put effort in playing (trying to play as many level as possible) + managing the team.

I like to be part of the community and play tournaments, but should be fairness. If not it's not fun and it's discouraging. (especially when we were only 2 daily active players).😢

Hi @QueenB this isn't why, all my posts in the competition have those symbols, it's more likely the amount of links in my summary, still, those aren't external links.

Kindly try to help me out, I can't update my totals this way.

P.S. I had no problems 4-5 days ago, didn't need any approval and I was using those symbols same, only when the links kept growing, I'm guessing it took it as me spamming.

Hi @QueenB this isn't why, all my posts in the competition have those symbols, it's more likely the amount of links in my summary, still, those aren't external links.

Kindly try to help me out, I can't update my totals this way.

P.S. I had no problems 4-5 days ago, didn't need any approval and I was using those symbols same, only when the links kept growing, I'm guessing it took it as me spamming.
