These are some events i won recently. I won catch the troll numerous times but didn’t receive my rewards. Also two times on the streak challenge. Also two times on the seasons pass. That is a lot of gold coins and boosters missing. I won some events multiple times. CC: @johamilton @Diamond_Lim @Colorbomb_Collector @teeweiping.
@CurtisyM I have tried those steps numerous times. I reached out to support. They want me to logout of king account and Apple ID.to see if that fixes the issues. I already sent all the screenshots and a screen recording to the support team.

@teeweiping Yes my phone is running smoothly. It is up to date and so is the game. Support told me log out of my king and apple account to see if that will fix the issues.
Hi @Deal_One from your screenshot I guess probably you use your phone to play game. Have you check your phone's functionality? Is it running smooth?

@Diamond_Lim I didn’t receive the rewards. There is something wrong with support records or my game. I have been tagging you and @johamilton and other game experts and community manager Snow rider. Also got answers from tee wieping and color bomb collector.
