I personally have never had advertisements for extra move. Not everyone gets it all of the time - some people never get it at all!

It sounds like your app is not properly connecting to the internet. See if you are able to sign out of your account and back into it within the app :)

Unfortunately you have to reinstall the game when you can't connect like you said. And yes, you lose all boosters and unsaved progress. Sorry this happened to you!

All of my friends are random too. I think it is just the nature of the game. Oh well!

Actually, it's a frog! You match candies of the same color beside it until it starts to glow, and then you click it once, and click somewhere else on the board to move it :)

It looks like your app is glitching out. Try rebooting the app and your phone to see if that helps.
