app store not connecting!

hi! what should i do if the app store wont connect for me?

it will connect to the booster wheel, etc. It won't connect when I lose a level, or try to purchase things like lollipops, etc, with my gold bars.

I've tried: restarting device, force stop, clearing cache, clearing data, etc.

please let me know what i can do to fix this!! thanks so much!

hi!! i contacted,, since it wasn't under a subcatagory i had to put it under crashing! it automatically sent me a guide, none of which helped since it technically doesn't go under a subcatagory!! it said that if the guide didn't fix my issue, it linked me back to the community site! is there anything else I'm able to do to fix this problem that you know of? thanks so much!

Unfortunately you have to reinstall the game when you can't connect like you said. And yes, you lose all boosters and unsaved progress. Sorry this happened to you!

turns out when i reset my data even though it said my game was saved, i ended up losing all of my boosters..

ill def contact, tysm for your help!!

Or Please email or Player Support from the game's Settings and Help Center so they can check up what happened in your game.
