Hmm, thanks for your feedback, perhaps that level will need to be addressed soon. The later levels tend to be very hard for a few weeks and then they are made easier.

You can try relogging on your account within the app to see if that works before reinstalling

Hi there, here's a video to help you. Basically, you must match colors the same as the frog until it starts to glow. Then tap it once, and tap somewhere else on the board to move it.

Is your app properly connected to the internet? It sounds like it is not. I would try logging out of your King account within the app and logging back again to see if that helps.

It looks like you are playing at the upper tier of levels, these tend to be very difficult for a few weeks until the developers ease them.

Have you gone into the settings on your device and look for the Candy Crush app in there to make sure everything is disabled? Cheers
