They're not lost, they just don't transfer and will remain where they were collected until used. The only time you can transfer booster is if they were purchased and you provide receipts for them.

Have you already gone through the recommend troubleshooting to see if that improves anything? https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/cant-get-your-games-to-load-on-facebook-check-this-out

As long as you actively connected your game to either Facebook or Kingdom, your progress will be saved and synced to it. If you did, when you reconnect to that account in the game again, the progress from the point where it was last synced will come up. If you didn't there won't be any back up, and without a back up…

Which game app version do you currently have installed, Chris?

Are you using the 2nd little icon to the above left of your reply box? You should see 3 there with the 2nd being a landscape image icon, should be able to attach the image with that.

Gold bars and progress are the only things that transfer when syncing to Facebook or Kingdom. To get purchases transferred to another device you need to provide the purchase receipts and they'll add the items for you.

If the progress is synced to your Facebook, you can double check it by loading the game directly in Facebook and see where it has you saved at, this way you'll know for sure if your progress was synced. If you're where you should be, reinstall the game and try connecting to your account as soon as you open the game again.

What's happening exactly when you're trying to connect? The more details the better, do you connect via the FB app or do you get the FB site browser pop up?
