Why can I not move on to level 186 even though I have completed 185?

I have completed level 185 multiple times but it will not let me move on and the 'help' I was given was to watch a YouTube video on the levels. I really like the game and hope this gets sorted out

Hello there Leigh. I will get this to the Moderator immediately. I am so sorry about this! Let me send it right away for you. In the meantime, can you try closing the game and re-launching it to see if that moves you on. Also, if you are connected to FB or The Kingdom, can you log out of either one and log back in?
