completed first reward and got the claim screen, keep hitting 'claim' button but nothing happens, have reloded - makes no difference

    Hey Maggie,

    Have you re-installed the game and made sure everything is up-to-date? Also, please try to clear cache and cookies and see if that makes a difference, it usually does.
