What level are you at? Could you please send us a screenshot showing your diamonds collection so we can try identify if there's an issue and where?
Also, it would be very helpful for us to know if you're playing from mobile, tablet or desktop as well as what version you're using. Please try to clear cache and cookies as well as it might help

Hi Macy,
Thank you for the info! You will be able to attach a screenshot by accessing this page via a laptop/Pc. Our Team is looking into the problem for now, however, a screenshot could be very helpful
