Diamonds not accumulating

It seems that diamonds are not accumulating after 480 in Diamond Diaries, it stays at 480/600.

Hey Macy,

What level are you at? Could you please send us a screenshot showing your diamonds collection so we can try identify if there's an issue and where? 

Also, it would be very helpful for us to know if you're playing from mobile, tablet or desktop as well as what version you're using. Please try to clear cache and cookies as well as it might help

I am at level 253 and I play on my phone. I login through Facebook. Not quite sure which version I am at, but I tried uninstalled and reinstalled, still doesn't work. I got a screenshot but not sure how to attach here.

I tried clear cache and uninstallled/reinstalled, still doesn't work. It is version 1.1.4.0 and I am at level 259 now, the diamonds still at 480/600. After each game, diamond were added to 480 but will get reset to 480 afterwards.

Thank you for the info! You will be able to attach a screenshot by accessing this page via a laptop/Pc. Our Team is looking into the problem for now, however, a screenshot could be very helpful
