Level 266 Glitch: all 4 Diamonds collected & game is not finished (Hammers wasted)!!!!

Hello! I was playing level 266 last night, after lots of trials, I have opened all the Jewelry boxes & brought the diamond to the pearl strand in my last move.  But, it still showed 1 more diamond left!!!

Then, I made sure that all the jewelry boxes are collected & I used Hammer (2 of them) to break the rings at the pearl strand, got the diamond BUT it still showed 1 more diamond left!!  But, there weren't any!!!  I just made a move to end the game --- my boosters are wasted, life is gone & level is not finished!!!

Why did this happen?  I want my 2 Hammer boosters back Can you please do something?

@ Xarly, I guess I spoke too soon & checked my Question as "Solved"!!!    

I have NOT RECEIVED the Hammers you gave as compensation.  They are not added on my Mobile Game OR on PC??  I have stopped playing for a while & I just opened the game on my mobile last night.  I have noticed that I have only 2 Hammers which I had before complaining, the compensation has not been added  --- means, I am supposed to have 4!!!!

Thank You! Can you please let me know how many Gold Bars you were able to add?  My Diamond Counter is working again & it gave me few Gold Bars too. Hence, just want to make sure please
