cannot get through level

I was in level 185 completed it and it didn't give me any stars or let me open level 186 even though it was flashing on it. I replayed several times and just completed it again and did the same thing. I don't see any place to contact tech support. I am stuck on that level.

Could you please clear cache and cookies and make sure your browser/app is up-to-date? That should help solve the issue. If not, could you please confirm what platform and version you're playing on?
