Not getting rewards in chests

A couple of days ago, I got a key to open a chest. I didn’t receive any of the items in the box including one hour of unlimited lives. I chose to just let it go and not cosplay. Today....same thing! It’s not fair and KING I want my two hours of lives or gold bars to make up for this “glitch”

Hey Allison, I'm sorry your rewards were missing. Could you please make sure that to update your App with the latest version to avoid that kind of issue. 

In the meantime, could you please let me know your core ID so I can add some compensation to your account. To find it: 

- Open the game App.

- Tap on the left bottom corner and click on the orange icon.

- DOUBLE TAP on the King logo on the top of the pop up and you will see the ID.
