I have not been earning gold bars since level 380. I am now on level 402 and don’t see the point

I am not earning gold bars since level 380...no point in continuing to play Diamond diaries any more. Please fix my issue Thank you

    Your response does not address my issues with the diamond counter ...it is NOT working

    About Diamond counter: if you do not have the counter at all, it might mean that you have already completed all the available Necklaces.

    Our developers are busy creating new ones that will arrive soon with the next updates.  You will then be able to continue collecting diamonds to create new jewels! So be sure to keep your game app up to date.

    It appears many users have same issues with collecting necklaces and diamonds. Rewards are important when accomplishing goals. Now the challenge and fun are non-existent when rewards are taken away. I use the app which is updated on iPhone. Thank you for your responses.

    Will you stop sending me emails about nothing but please address my issues with diamond counter not working? I trust the developers can solve this problem as they did before

    Hope you and your family are doing fine!

    I think your Diamond Counter is not back yet because it's not in my game.  It disappeared almost at the same time for both of us!
     
    Regarding this issues, I talked with one of the KING team member.. and they told me that their team is still working on it & they are trying their level best to bring it back.  To some, it already came back & working properly too :)  So, let's hope for the best :+1:

    ** Regarding the emails you have been receiving, you have to change the "Settings" on this "Community" page.  But, remember to come back once in a while to check if there is any answer or information that will be useful for you.
