I have not been earning gold bars since level 380. I am now on level 402 and don’t see the point

I don’t see how I can complete level 499 (am too frustrated & annoyed) so I may just boycott diamond diaries. King said they would have a fix this month but I’m not going to hold my breath. I just checked that level on my PC. There are only 18 moved like you said.

Probably the video you saw was made on Mobile game!! Did you try to play the level on your mobile to see how many moves are there? I have noticed that sometimes, the game varies on PC and Mobile (especially some of the King games)!! Probably a glitch.

I am also hoping the diamond counter and necklace issues get resolved sooner than later. Funny tho, I am stuck on level 499 which seems to require 18 moves but when I googled it, I saw a video of same level with 21 moves. Guess I’ll have to contact Support once again and probably to no avail once again. I’m so fed up right now with King!

I think your Diamond Counter is not back yet because it's not in my game. It disappeared almost at the same time for both of us!

Regarding this issues, I talked with one of the KING team member.. and they told me that their team is still working on it & they are trying their level best to bring it back. To some, it already came back & working properly too

So, let's hope for the best

** Regarding the emails you have been receiving, you have to change the "Settings" on this "Community" page. But, remember to come back once in a while to check if there is any answer or information that will be useful for you.

It appears many users have same issues with collecting necklaces and diamonds. Rewards are important when accomplishing goals. Now the challenge and fun are non-existent when rewards are taken away. I use the app which is updated on iPhone. Thank you for your responses.

About Diamond counter: if you do not have the counter at all, it might mean that you have already completed all the available Necklaces.

Our developers are busy creating new ones that will arrive soon with the next updates. You will then be able to continue collecting diamonds to create new jewels! So be sure to keep your game app up to date.
