When I switch out new phone I lost all of my boosters anything!

Excuse me, King Community Team! I switch on new phone NOW! I reinstall Diamond Diaries Saga and then I reconnect to Facebook already! After that, I am still on level 650, my diamond counter was still had counted and have my gold bars were had.:)  But I lost all of my boosters! That was sad and afraid! I send you my screenshots are old phone and new phone below:-

1. Startup Boosters

I use my old phone.

When I switch on my new phone.

2. Ingame Booster such as hammers

I use my old phone.

When I switch on my new phone.

So can you give my still counted all of the my boosters back when I switch on my new phone? King Community Team!

Hi @lim
if the memory does not fail me, the boosters are not saved when you change your cell phone or when you uninstall the game.
Sorry for the sad news.

It's okay! @Lucas_Yan_Maia Because I want to return all of my boosters back! But I save my progress and my diamond counter are still worked!

Hello @Lim!  Hope you are doing well  and Congratulations on finishing all the current levels on Diamond Diaries (Claps Claps)

I am very sorry to hear that you lost all those boosters on your game because you had to switch your device!!  I can imagine how long it must have taken and/or how many "Mystery Boxes" had to opened for you to gain that many boosters!!!

Please read below post by the "Community Team" as to "Why" we loose all our Boosters and (sometimes our progress) with the switch!  It's not a post from Diamond Diaries, but the basic reason by KING team is same.
