MY 3 UNOPEN GIFT BOXES DISAPPEAR.

Hi support team,

I have 3 un-opened gift boxes this morning, But when I try to log in again 5 min earlier. my gift boxes disappeared??? the diamond calculate bar disappeared also.
Would you please check what's going on with my diamond. and please bring my 3 gift boxed back. it's a lot of gold bar, ya know.

Can you double check that you have the latest game version as the latest game version should not have hitches like this.
