I'm sure your levels are saved - try reconnecting the game to your Facebook account. Gold bars are saved through the account as well, so once you're connected, they will be retrieved as well.
If you're having issues with reconnecting to Facebook or retrieving the levels, give these steps a try:- Disconnect the game from Facebook if the game is connected- Now, delete the Facebook App from your phone.- Next, we need to go to Settings, then App Management, now choose the app and Clear Cache.- Finally, open the game select Connect, this should open a Google Chrome window for you to sign in to Facebook.- Reinstall the Facebook app if you likeI hope this helps! -
