My game not linking with Facebook

I've not bn able to link my diamond diaries with my Facebook account. Each time I try, it disconnect. I've done all d test suggestions, yet, to no avail. I've cleared cache, update both Facebook/diamond diaries, uninstall and reinstall, yet, not linking. This issue started 2 weeks ago when I couldn't progress from 815 level to 816... Each time I try, it takes me back to level 1 & at a point it will go off automatically. Pls help.

Hi @Sandi_Bryand have you tried the troubleshooting from the links that I posted above?  They are going to ask you to do the troubleshooting first so try that and get back to me.

Let's try to get you back on track! Macs do support other browsers as well - for example Google Chrome you can download it through here: https://www.google.com/chrome/

But if the issue persists still, please try reinstalling the game app from Facebook. Don't worry, it won't affect your game progress:

Go to “Settings => Apps” and press the “x” next to the app in question.
Clear cache: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache. 
Then restart your PC and add the game to your Facebook account again.

@Jelly Jenny I knew that there were excellent reasons to tag you.  I never thought of telling anyone to remove the app from Facebook when they are on their computer.  Wow!  You just taught me something new today!  @Sandi_Bryand now you can do what is being suggested and then get back to playing your awesome game!

Diamond Diaries will not load to desktop, only mobile versions available?  I have been playing, now I can't?

I wanted you to know that our game team is looking into this right now. If you're itching to wait to get back into the game, I would in the meantime recommend downloading another browser as I'm fairly certain that this issue is only on Safari.
