Game won’t load

My game is not loading on iPad. I have deleted reinstalled and disconnected from King account. As soon as I sign back in it starts to load and then stops. Any help appreciated.

I am sorry to hear about the issue with your game!!  By listening to it, it looks like the issue could be solved with some trouble shooting steps!!

I am using an iPad mini but this game previously worked on this device. Seems to be an issue since the last update.

Model and iOS of your device.

To find this, follow these steps: Settings > General > About > Make a note of the “model” and the “version”
