Stuck on loading screen

The game has been stuck on the loading screen for weeks playing on an iPhone all updates are current have even uninstalled game and reinstalled with same issue stays on loading screen but can here the music in background

I have been having the same problem.

I am having the same issue but it may be profile related. I tried it on my iPad, stuck on loading screen, tried it on my iPhone, which I don’t play on so the game wasn’t linked to my account, opened the game and didn’t get stuck, closed it, opened and linked to my account and it then got stuck on the loading screen. IPhone 8 Plus and iPad is 5th gen.

I’m having the same issue sign in with my profile gets stuck on loading screen log out and you can start the game from the beginning even by doing there latest update from a few days ago same issues0

Stuck today too and updates are all done, what’s happening...? What levels are unstuck now please ? 15 levels every 2 weeks is not much...

When you reached level 1010 completed, yes! You cannot reached next new level! Because level 1010 is currently last or max level! Stay tuned for new levels on next Thursday! 😉

Ok, you answered that new levels will be available next Thursday because level 1010 is the last one for the moment. It doesn’t explain why loading in the game isn’t possible since yesterday when all updates are done and I could play other levels waiting for new ones. Loading is still stuck ever since...And Thursday IS tomorrow. Thanks for setting the loading or telling when it can be fixed.

Are you working on a fix for this game getting stuck on the loading screen when you use your profile it’s been hung up for over a month and the last update didn’t correct the problem this is the only king game that I have played that has so many issues0
