Yes! Level 3732 is also really another one impossible challenge level but Community Team answered me this level is still normal pass rate right now. 😥
Nonetheless, Community Team has been mentioned the shortage of moves to the Diamond Diaries Team already now.
Except this level, Levels 3728 and 3737 are also another impossible challenge levels but it's still normal pass rate too right now. Then Level 3736 is really also another impossible challenge level but it's still doable.
You are right level 3732 is impossible to play out, not enough moves to play out, and too many flowers in the level

Then Community Team also answered me actually Levels 3728, 3732, 3737 are also another impossible challenge levels but it's still normal pass rate right now. Then Level 3736 is really also another impossible challenge level but it's still doable. Nonetheless, Community Team has been mentioned the shortage of moves to the Diamond Diaries Team now.
So I think you should be more waiting then come back to play this game very later until more than 30 new levels to max level left better, then I hope you will see these new special features like Jeweler's Club, Jeweler's Trial, Trader Chest and another new features will be released and helping you to get more free boosters and gold bars to use boosters/extra moves to pass any tricky levels especially if you got so close to pass tricky level then you can reached and passed up to the max level easier and better as well. 😉

Finally I am back to help and answer you now! After I check playing this level now, this level is still no problem to be passed possible but tricky as 15 moves had only. So let's following my master skill tips of how to pass Level 3717 without using boosters and extra moves possible now! 👇😄
Firstly, you make sure link up to 12 charms while destroy against the flowers to create star ray charms twice. Then you can link one by one star ray charms (also helpful birds) to destroy these ribbons and purple blockers while create star ray charms.
Then you can always link up to 12 charms (also helpful birds) while create star ray charms and destroy the left or right of purple blockers with using less moves (not middle as it's very difficult to destroy the purple blockers and collect these keys with using a lot of moves). Then you link star ray charm and also the first key (without ribbon covered) to target to the one layer of second key then both of big dolls can be unlocked.
Finally, you can link one by one star ray charms (also helpful birds) to collect all of dolls possible now!
Woohoo! I did passed this level with my 1st try and without using boosters and extra moves possible on last Thursday and today now! This level is really still no problem to be passed possible now! ✊😄

Anyway, I am also checking the latest new levels from Level 3711 to 3725, these latest new levels are still not problem but it's still tricky unless Level 3722 has been reported to Community Team early already as it's still not very enough moves to be passed possible and too many layers of ribbons blockers too. I promise! 😉
