I have checked this level is fixed while I completed this level with 3rd try and without using boosters and extra moves but this level is still challenging.

I have checked this level has no problem but this level is tricky one too! So I will show you how to pass level 1669 without using boosters and extra moves. 😉
Firstly, you must destroy the blockers while link horizontal ray charm on left or right side then you can link first charm box while horizontal ray charm to destroy first charm box and key (Then link the first key). After that, you can continue to destroy the blockers while the helpful birds will help you to destroy the blockers but charm boxes on sometimes. Finally you can continue linking until you must more than 14 moves left while you can continue playing next stage on Picture 1. 😊
After that, you must sure always link star ray charms to destroy the flowers and keys (but you don't destroy keys without ribbons as the purple charms are released that means it's become more difficult), so you make sure link 3 Cross/Star ray charms are enough on Picture 2.
Like this one! Then you can continue linking them to destroy the ribbons of dolls with special ray charms (helpful birds too) that you can collect the dolls easily on Picture 3.
