Just another thought on this level, if you are able to get a shot on the top key why won't the game let you get a shot on the bottom key as they both line up and there is nothing in the way. Have been playing it but I don't know why because you can't earn a single thing and the game is far far too difficult to finish. Getting towards the bottom nothing lines up and as I said far too many layers, I think the programmer was hating the world when he made this one.
