Yes! I have received this event once only, I have completed this event with my fellow traders especially as these fellow traders are still active playing and collecting completed. This event is really challenging for us, it's needed more lucky to win especially active fellow traders and should had 3 days. 😉

There are three main phases you and your fellow traders can be in;

• ‘Collecting’, confirms that the event has begun! Play levels in the usual way and gather the Charms indicated on your key.
• ‘Forging’ confirms that a key is in production. Get ready to swap! 
• ‘Ready to exchange/trade’ means it’s time for the key owner to swap with a partner.

So I think that trader (king3309) wants to exchange another colour key with another fellow player. You should wait for that trader (king1271) still collecting the blue charms only. After that trader (king1271) collecting the blue charms completed, you can get ready to exchange the key with that trader (king1271) then you can get sweet rewards before it's time up! I hope this answer! 😉
