Same here. Seems to be hit and miss - sometimes it'll scroll down and other tines it doesn't. Hopefully will be fixed soon. 😀

Oh dear! We are so sorry to hear about you are still stucking on this level due to it cannot moving up to the next stage and collecting another 4 diamonds after you did collecting 4 diamonds on the lower board! 😔

Memory : Keep at least 2GB of free storage for smooth gameplay.
Connection : Use WiFi instead of cellular data.
Clear Cache :

Same problem I’ve been having, Get all the diamonds on first screen and doesn’t drop to next screen.
I have the same, diamonds are not dropping and can’t scroll down to next level.
