You make sure update the latest version of this game (Android - 1.77.0 / Apple - 1.77.0.0) first then you use the stable internet connection and reopen playing this game again then we hope this crashing issue problem has been resolved and fixed fully while you can continue enjoy playing the new levels in this game as soon as possible now! 👍😄

Another thing I noticed today when I tried to play the game is I have a traders chest.
So it’s like the game knows I am there but I can’t play it.
I can play all other levels. But launching 4234 crashes the game and it turns off. I downloaded latest version. Have most recent iOS version and have hard rebooted the iPhone. I do not want to lose my significant booster stockpile. There has to be something else I can do. Any advice?

The same happened to me while stuck on level 320, that won’t open but crashed the app. I also lost all my boosters while troubleshooting (uninstalling and reinstalling the app) and trying to solve the issue :(
If you can’t solve the issue with level 320 could you please put me on level 321 then? 🙏🙏 And would you also please give me some golden bars and boosters as compensation? 🙏

I am having the same problem.
I have tagged @Diamond_Lim about it just waiting for a response.
My game is just going straight back to my Home Screen on my iPhone,
The game will load, but as soon as I press play it just goes straight to the Home Screen of my iPhone.
I just tried to play an older level and that was fine but still won’t let me play my level.
Any suggestions?🤷🏻♀️

Thanks for trying to help but that is not the problem - I can get through all the security to pay with Paypal but the game won't connect to Facebook to complete the purchase the page just hangs - I have spoken to FB but the problem is not their end, it is the game itself they think
