Hi support team,
I have 3 un-opened gift boxes this morning, But when I try to log in again 5 min earlier. my gift boxes disappeared??? the diamond calculate bar disappeared also.
Would you please check what's going on with my diamond. and please bring my 3 gift boxed back. it's a lot of gold bar, ya know.

It looks like you have received your rewards Gold Bars now? There seemed to have been a delay in the delivery so if you could confirm that you got them, it would be great

Can you double check that you have the latest game version as the latest game version should not have hitches like this.
